Statement

Halley Movement Coalition is deeply concerned about the ongoing crisis in Afghanistan and we have joined forces with Global Call to Action Against Poverty (GCAP), an International NGO, to appeal to the United Nations Security Council & the United Nations Secretary-General in order to ensure the safety of Citizens, Human Rights, and particularly Gender Rights are fully protected in Afghanistan.

Halley Movement Coalition is the GCAP-African Regional Council member.
