Job for counsellors and supervisors

Halley Movement is recruiting Counsellors and Supervisors to provide online counselling for child and young people in Mauritius.

Candidate requirements.

Education

Potential counsellors and supervisors must possess a first degree in a relevant field. It is desirable for a prospective applicant to be graduated in social work, psychology, law or in any other relevant field. In addition, they must also be IT literate.

Experience

No prior experience is required as training will be provided. However experience working with children and young persons is desirable.

Language

Excellent communication skills in written and spoken French, English and Creole.

Others

Applicant must show a willingness to work for the community in particular for the protection of children’s rights.
